An unusual tutorial…
Well people… I am spending my holidays doing something good it seems. A friend of mine, Tushar Gokhale (Well actually, he is about 12 years older than me, so it’s more like an older brother) is teaching me SQL and PHP.
What happened was, I was talking with him about his website. I wanted to know which CMS (Content Management System) does he use. I was planning to move to Joomla from Wordpress. And I wanted to know is there is something better suited for my needs.
He told me that he doesn’t use any and said that he had built a kind of CMS of his own using PHP and SQL. (By the way, for people who want to know more about these 2 things, visit W3Schools, in short, PHP is ‘Hypertext Preprocessor’ and SQL is Structured Query Language).
I asked him to teach me how. He said, OK and said that he will put up a tutorial for me. Something like crash course (but of course without crashes). So, it’s been 2 days that I am learning it from him. And when I think of him, it’s either that he is a good teacher or the stuff I am learning is fairly simple… but I actually understood what he told me
(OK.. maybe that sounded as if I am not very bright…. but lemme tell you one thing, Aditya means Sun… so I am brighter than you think I am…).
So, currently, I have stopped adding the programs and other articles. I will be writing the blog and posting the news. But, till I decide what to put on my actual domain, I am stopping the other things. The photos will also be updated. Maybe I will change my mind and keep posting the articles also… keep reading/visiting.

Even I’ll be starting on PHP and MySQL soon. Hope we can share a lot. Rather, you will be teaching me, I guess…. ‘coz you started off early and you are ‘brighter than what everyone thinks’
:p
