Aaah…. HP has become the worst company for me….
Yeah… thats right. The second best seller of computers has become the worst company in my perspective. I have tried all I can to see a path that leads where HP at least seems human-ish…. but alas…. I don’t see one.
Regular readers (right from when I used to blog on blogger) might know this outrage of mine very well. This is not the first time these things have happened.
What has happened is, within 1.5 years (4th June 2006), this worthless of machine (The so called good(???) laptop has seen many of it’s parts being replaced)… If I may be a little specific here, then, it has been 3 hard disks, 3 DVD drives, 1 bluetooth dongle, 1 mother-board… The list of parts replaced…
To top it all off, HP agrees that this piece of mine has some (???? some????) problems, and that this case is somewhat unique (I doubt that). THEN WHY THE HELL WON’T THEY REPLACE THE WHOLE PIECE?
All they say is that they will continue giving the replacement pieces/parts. The hell they will. Are they gonna pay for the time lost? The data lost? Mobile data protection huh? At least I cannot trust them with any such kind of services. As I said they agree (shamelessly) that this piece is bad and we will not replace it.
So, why this sudden outrage? CAUSE I AM BEING DRIVEN MAD DUE TO THIS SO CALLED GOOD 4TH DVD DRIVE. It has started giving scratches (maybe leaving it’s mark on my disks…. made by MATSHITA…. for HP…. who both suck) to my disks. First I lose data cause the HDD is corrupt. Then, I breath a little air, thanks to me, I already had taken a backup.. but no… now this drive ruins my backup DVD.
It has been happening so frequently … that now I have a label for this… HP SUCKS.
HP SUCKS… And I am going to say it again and again, HP SUCKS.
