Finally openSUSE 11.0 installed…
Finally after a long wait of 2.6 days or so, I got the full iso of the DVD, burnt it and installed openSUSE on the system. I am tired at this time. So, I won’t post a review now. It will be up shortly.
It turns out that being a .0 release, this release has some bugs and those might be serious for new users of SUSE (even if one has used linux for long). For existing users like me, it was not a BIG problem, but it was a problem none-the-less.
All in all, it seemed like 10.3 was better than this at first, then it seemed that 11.0 is not bad and next opinion is yet to come. I am installing the multimedia and restricted S/W… will be back later with a review.
