Indian Government Officials SUCK…
Well not all of them, but most of them do. Let me start from the start or begin from the beginning 
I was trying to make a programmer for the DS89C430 microcontroller from MAXIM. I needed a RS-232 interface IC for that purpose and it was not available here @ Sangli. What I did was, I requested a sample from Texas Instruments. Max-232 IC.
They sent it by FedEx courier services. It reached Sangli a day late that expected. (That’s alright… A day +- for international shipping). The next thing that happened was disgusting. I had to pay 24/- tax on the IC. 
The package has a bill that clearly says, FREE SAMPLES. Not for sell. No Commercial Value. No Payment Due. Do not attempt for payment.
Even with those CLEAR instructions, the people at the octroi office made FedEx pay the 24/- which they took from me. The bill also had the price of the IC in case I wanted to order. It is US$0.48. That is somewhere close to 24/-. Which was what I had to pay cause those fucking bastards, those retards and mentally unfit sons of bitches had inscribed 1000/- as the price of the IC. Can’t they read? (Of course they cannot. Why else would they be working in Government offices…. maybe to rip people of their hard earned money and go jerk off).
It is not only those people who are the bitches, it is the Maharashtra government also. The only state in India who is greedy enough to force octroi. And this is not first time. Last time when a shipment of some circuits came to me, they had inscribed the price as 5000/- (for a 1300/- product) AND discarded the bills. Luckily for me, I had the contact numbers of the people I had ordered the stuff from, I got one more copy of bill by email and I showed it to them. After a LONG time, they had to give it to me @1300 cause I was angry and I argued.
This time though, with the submissions and other stuff like vivas, no sleep, non working project were cluttering my mind and I did not have time to go and argue. None the less, they remain useless people, who do nothing but rob people of their money and keep getting fatter and fatter in the process. I am sorry but there is only so much insult I can do with this little thinking. I am thinking of getting a book or finding some resources and go through them once, so it will be easier for me to insult them even more next time. And I don’t care if they read this (or not, which is more probable considering they cannot read English as said).

Go easy on the swearing mate! We understand that you are angry but no need to swear like a kid in his early teens
